Review: “This whiskey just confirmed to me, that “Irish single pot still” is my best. Brilliant combination of spices with sweetness. Significant honey notes, lot of sweet buttery vanilla, butterscotch, milk chocolate, creme brulee, lovely fruitiness /ripe oranges, peaches, caramelized apples, hint of tropical fruit/, different variations of spices – especially nutmeg, touch of fresh oakiness. Lovely creaminess. Long sweet and spicy finish. Full body and complex. Delicious sweet dessert. Beautiful dram, I love this unique Irish style of whiskey production – mixture of malted and unmalted barley.”
